Who We Are
We are a team of credible, collaborative, and creative management and organization consultants (who apparently like alliteration!). You can call us the “Luminaries.” When you work with Lumin, you get the whole team. We bring the diversity of our backgrounds, skills, and specialties to all client projects.
What you experience is an organized delivery team that has been together for years and knows what works. What you see is us - from start to finish. No pinch hitters or substitutes. And, what you can look forward to is our professional, dedicated, and down-to-earth approach.
Dr. Victoria Littlefield, Partner.
Dr. Littlefield is a partner and co-owner of Lumin Advantage Consulting. She creates and leads significant development opportunities for individuals, teams, and organizations; and collaborates closely with leaders to co-create effective processes, approaches, and systems. She holds a doctorate in Experimental Psychology from Miami University (OH) and has completed post-doctoral training in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas (MN). When not working, Tori migrates north to the lake where she reads, watches the wildlife, and listens to the loons.
Dr. Megan Brogger, Partner.
Dr. Brogger is a partner and co-owner of Lumin Advantage Consulting. She works directly with leaders to bring intentionality and purpose to their work, with groups to develop them into high-performing teams, and with organizations to understand culture and create effective change initiatives. She earned her doctorate from the University of St. Thomas (MN) in Counseling Psychology. Outside the office Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, photography, and reading. On a sunny day you will find her exploring with a camera in one hand and a dog’s leash in the other!
Chelsea Berryman, Consultant & Project Manager.
Chelsea began consulting in 2009. She is the Project Manager for the many leadership development programs that Lumin delivers each year. Additionally, she administers and interprets assessments for leadership development and team building. Chelsea has completed coursework at St. Cloud State University (MN) in the M.S. Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program (graduation pending final project). She spends her free time exploring Minnesota’s State Parks and Recreation Areas (with a goal of seeing all 76!), visiting the numerous museums and restaurants in the Twin Cities, and satisfying her persistent thirst for knowledge in everything from philosophy to mathematics to rock and wild edible identification.
Amy Feist, Director of Operations.
Amy has worked in management and operations since 1996. She ensures that Lumin Advantage Consulting runs smoothly by providing office and administrative support, and processing testing and surveys for client projects. She graduated from Hamline University. In her free time she stays busy with her family. During the winter you’ll find them snowmobiling, skiing or hanging out by the fire. In the summer they like to garden, go boating or ride bikes around the neighborhood.
Lumin Advantage Consulting collaborates with its network of consultants and small firms as needed or desired.
