So you’ve spent time and energy recruiting, reviewing resumes, assessing and interviewing, and you’ve selected the best candidate. So the hard part is over, right?! Actually, a strategic onboarding process – that is the process of integrating a new hire into the organizational culture, introducing them to their new job, explaining expectations, and creating a sense of excitement – is the next crucial step in the talent management process.
